RBK20 Tube to Tubesheet Weld Head

The RBK 20 can be used to weld tube to tube sheet joints with inside and outside fillets with flush fitted, recessed and protruding tubes. It can be used for welding inside diameters from 10mm to 78mm. The optional wire feed unit is integrated into the weld head in a fixed position (does not rotate with the torch assembly).

  • Three point support (ring support optional)

Requires mandrel and centring spindle (to suit tube hole diameter to be welded) and balancer (especially for vertical tube sheet applications)
