Turn table system based on the OSW 115 weld head suitable for welding small components. The package is highly customisable, for butt and fillet joints with and without wire and development welding.


Package includes:

  • Metal frame
  • Three-jaw-chuck
  • Multi-positional torch arm for infinite adjustment of torch position
  • TIG torch bracket
  • TIG torch
  • Brushed ground mechanism

  • Powder coated metal frame (dimensions (L x B x H) 290 x 390 x 310mm) to locate the OSW 115 weld head incl. brushed ground connection
  • Choice of 2 Chuck sizes (80mm OD or 100mm OD)
  • Hollow shaft (e.g. for purging through the centre)
  • Gas cooled TIG-torch
  • Multi-positional torch arm for infinite adjustment of torch position
  • Aluminium weld head fixture incl. brushed ground
  • Options for wire, AVC and vertical/horizontal positioning
