Enclosed Weld Heads

Our enclosed orbital weld heads deliver exceptional welding results with a maximum customisation options. 

The Orbitec feed unit has a separated hose assembly and weld head, while multiple cassette weld heads can be operated with one feed unit only (exception: Microfitting weld head), providing higher flexibility at a reduced costs.

Orbitec enclosed weld heads are available in a gas or water coolant design and can be retrofitted as required (Exception: Microfitting weld head). The gas cooled design is suitable for the majority of typical cassette welding head applications. The water cooled design is recommended for applications where a higher threshold of cassette welding is required.
